For around 10-12 energy balls[/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner css=”.vc_custom_1590116161687{padding-right: 13px !important;padding-left: 13px !important;}”][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”4304″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”4303″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1602147531418{padding-right: 20px !important;padding-left: 20px !important;}”]

Ingredients:

  • 100g dried figs
  • 100g dried dates
  • 50g peanut butter
  • 10g chia seeds
  • 2 tsp. almond powder

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1602147606615{padding-right: 20px !important;padding-left: 20px !important;}”]

Instructions:

  1. Place the figs, dates, chia seeds and peanut butter in a blender and blend.
  2. Shape small balls and roll them in the almond powder.
  3. Add a dab of peanut butter on top of each one and store them in the fridge.
  4. You can keep them in the fridge for 2 weeks but I’m already sure that you won’t hold out until this day because it’s perfection…so tasty!!

You can eat them either to boost your energy when you’re feeling a bit peckish or to accompany your coffee in the morning if you are not really hungry when you wake up![/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”4307″ img_size=”full”][vc_row_inner css=”.vc_custom_1590116161687{padding-right: 13px !important;padding-left: 13px !important;}”][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”4310″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”4311″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner css=”.vc_custom_1590116161687{padding-right: 13px !important;padding-left: 13px !important;}”][vc_column_inner][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”40px”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator][vc_column_text]If you try these energy balls, don’t forget to tag me please on Instagram 😉
