Today, I suggest a few bites of happiness to liven up your snack! Discover the extra crispy sand roses, small chocolatey and crunchy bites to enjoy with coffee.
Extra crispy sand roses
Prep time: 10 minutes.
Cooking: 5 minutes
Rest time: 1 hour
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 170 g Corn Flakes
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 50 g icing sugar
- Cover the baking tray with baking paper. Melt the chopped chocolate and butter in the microwave. Then, add the sugar and mix.
- In a salad bowl, gently mix the cornflakes and chocolate sauce.
- Form the rocks with 2 teaspoons or tablespoons and place them on the tray.
- To finish, allow to cool down at room temperature for at least 1 hour before placing them on the serving dish. Enjoy your snack!
