[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Whether you are vegan, gluten intolerant or a breakfast lover like me, this article is for you. Here’s my wonderfully crispy Homemade Granola recipe that everyone can prepare.

Would you like to make your own Granola for breakfast? We’ve been told so many times this meal was essential to get off to a good start; we might as well get it right the moment we jump out of bed… Here’s the plan: almonds, hazelnuts, oat flakes, pecan nuts, chocolate…more than enough to fill you up with energy and vitality at breakfast.

List of ingredients included in the recipe:

Oat flakes: In addition to providing the body with good carbohydrates, oat flakes are rich in protein, minerals, fats and vitamins. Bottom-line? They give you a peachy feeling for the day.

Nuts: Walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews, almonds, pecans, pistachios… Besides their taste quality, nuts are very rich in vitamins, trace elements and minerals.

Honey: Honey has antibacterial properties and thus prevents bacteria from attaching and proliferating. If you are ill, don’t hesitate to take a spoonful of honey with each meal, in your tea, yoghurt… You will help your body fight bacteria with this natural antibiotic.

Coconut oil: Coconut oil is interesting for its antioxidant properties thanks to the vitamins A and E it contains. It has antibacterial and anti-infectious properties. But its secret is the saturated fatty acids it contains. Once decried, it is now proven that they reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases and cancer. Coconut oil protects our arteries and boosts our immune system, protecting us from the development of malignant cells. Finally, it also protects our brain and slows down memory loss.

Dark chocolate: The list of its benefits is so long that it could be the subject of an article all by itself. It is cocoa, contained in dark chocolate in large quantities, which is responsible for its many virtues. Also, the higher the cocoa content in chocolate, the better its nutritional value and the more health-giving properties it has. In short, it has a beneficial effect on morale, is an anti-depressant, is euphoria-inducing, is stimulant, cuts hunger and is a precious anti-ageing agent fighting against cellular ageing. Finally, it reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases and has an anticoagulant action. And long live chocolate!

Cinnamon: Cinnamon has mainly antioxidant, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. It is mainly used to stimulate the immune system, to relieve digestion problems and to treat type 2 diabetes naturally.

Now that you are aware of all the benefits this Granola has to offer, let’s get to the recipe![/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner css=”.vc_custom_1590116161687{padding-right: 13px !important;padding-left: 13px !important;}”][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”3512″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”3514″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1590998900486{border-top-width: 1px !important;border-bottom-width: 1px !important;border-left-width: 1px !important;padding-right: 1px !important;border-left-color: #eeeeee !important;border-top-color: #eeeeee !important;border-bottom-color: #eeeeee !important;}”][vc_column][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1591001061588{border-bottom-width: 1px !important;padding-top: 20px !important;padding-right: 20px !important;padding-bottom: 20px !important;padding-left: 20px !important;background-color: #f7f7f7 !important;border-bottom-color: #eeeeee !important;}”]
